Motoring Event Registration Systems (MERS) is a complete set of online and offline services that help you put on a great event without getting swamped in paper, the postal system and spreadsheets.
We supply a complete online and offline package encompassing design work for branding, domain name, web site, entrant registration, booking and management system. We can even supply the email inboxes for the domain name. If you have these in place already we can supply our amazing entrant registration, booking and management system on it's own with your branding.
To compliment the onlines services we can also supply print packages for things like posters, flyers, event stickers, event plates, run numbers and listings for marshals, stewards and organisors.
This one stop shop approach for the online and offline components of your event leaves you to get on with planning and managing the physical aspects such as road closures, sponsors, grandstands, marketing and food court.
Parade, Festival, Hill Climb, Sprint or Rally
Our powerful event management solutions excel in the process of entrant registration and management, vehicle selection via a workflow process that allows you to select the best of the applicants. Issuing of digital 'paperwork' such as joining instructions, run numbers and paddock passes is part of the system.
The system also has the basics; web form based entry, online payment and mail merged email confirmations with customisable templates. The powerful report generator gives you current status on your bookings as well as vehicle listings for gate stewards, sign on desks, paddock marshals and commentators.
Static Display and Parking
The platform also delivers management of clubs, exhibitors and sponsors and the associated support vehicles. These organisations, and the entrants, are able to register vehicles in their account via their own login reducing your workload.
Want to offer pre-paid parking? We've got that covered as well enabling you to build cash flow prior to the event. We can even help you select the best spectator ticketing solution and integrate it into your new web site and booking system.

The Motoring Event Registration System(MERS) has been designed and developed by people with track day, sprint, hill climb, tarmac rally and, crucially, hospitality and event management experience.
MERS has had eight years real world use with continual updates helping run one of the UK's premier closed road events over two days with 800 vehicles. We've also helped two new events startup with systems and consulting. We know it works, we know it works well.
No paper application forms or joining instructions, even paddock passes are electronic. Online card payments are safely managed via a payment gateway taking card and Paypal payments. Bank transfers, cash, cheque payments and comps can be prcoessd manually.
We'll use your branding so the registration system matches your web site. Email templates and paddock passes are easily customised and branded by you or with our support.
Fees are sent directly into your account. We don't hold your funds or deduct fees at the booking point, making it easy for you to monitor sales.
Manage and own your own data, provision events as often as you like when you like. Export your data whenever you need it. We keep it backed up in the cloud in accredited data centres.
Putting on a good show is hard work, making it look good online is where we excel with high quality digital services in the cloud supported by very high quality print and consulting services.
